Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt, and shipped USPS Priority or USPS First Class. Orders typically take 2-5 business days to arrive once scanned by the post office. Sadly, we do not ship to Canada or across the USA at this time. 




You should receive a shipping confirmation WHEN THE LABEL FOR YOUR ORDER IS PRINTED. If you have received a shipping confirmation, but are unable to track the item, YOUR ORDER IS STILL BEING PROCESSED. I will begin tracking when it is scanned by USPS. Please allow 3 business days from the date of purchase before contacting us about order tracking.




Note that we would not be held responsible for undelivered packages, or incomplete/incorrect shipping addresses. No refunds will be issued for orders due to a failed delivery attempt. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refused receipt, or failed delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost + $5.00 reshipping fee.  

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at




To return your product, send us an email. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Lost or stolen


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package was not received, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for lost/stolen packages.
